National University has published the Honours 4th-year form fill-up notice 2026 for the 2025 exam. Check the dates, fees, eligibility, and online application process here.
National University (NU) has announced that form fill-up for the 2025 Honours 4th-year exam starts on 2 November 2026 to 24th Nvember 2026. The notice has published on 1 November 2026. Here are all the details in one place.
জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধিনে 2025 সালের অনার্স চতুর্থ বর্ষ ফরম ফিলাপ নোটিশ প্রকাশ হয়েছে। ছাত্রছাত্রীরা 2 November 2026 থেকে 24 November 2026 পর্যন্ত অনলাইনে ফরম পুরন করতে পারবে।

The Pay Slip link works only in this window, so you cannot download it or pay late. The detailed exam routine will come later on the NU website. The official site for form fill-up is ems.nu.ac.bd.
Who Can Fill Up the Form? (কারা ফরম পূরণ করতে পারবে)
- Regular students: Students of the 2021-22 session who took the 2024 Honours 3rd year exam and got promoted.
- Irregular students: Students of the 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 sessions who got an F grade or were absent in one or more courses in the Honours 4th year exam. Their registration must still be valid.
- CGPA improvement: Students who sat the 2024 Honours 4th year exam and got C+, C, or D in one or more courses can retake at least two papers to improve their CGPA.
- Old sessions (2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18): Students with an F grade or absence in any course can apply as a special case. They pay a total special fee of 5,000 Taka, no matter how many courses they failed.
The exam will follow the 2013-14 syllabus and Prospectus.

The 1,000 Taka certificate and transcript fee does not apply to irregular or improvement students who paid it in an earlier form fill up.
How to Fill Up the Form of Honours 4th year 2025 exam year (ফরম ফিলাপের নিয়ম)
- Log in at ems.nu.ac.bd/student-login with your registration number, either yourself or through your college. Follow the instructions on the site.
- Fill in the form, then print it. The printed form shows your subject codes and fees.
- Check your data against the Probable List on the NU website. The department head and principal must then sign the forms after logging in as the college.
- Attach one passport-size photo (attested) to the form in the marked space. Keep the second photo with your department.
- Submit the printed form to your college department along with the fee.
- Make sure your in-course marks are already entered online. Without them, the application will not be accepted.
If you make a mistake, ask your college to cancel the form so you can download it again. Be careful with subject codes, because NU says it will not take responsibility for wrong codes.
Free Payment system (ফি জমাদানের পদ্ধতি)
Fees go to NU through Sonali Bank (সোনালী সেবা), and the university does not collect exam fees directly from students. Your college downloads the Pay Slip from the website. Deposit the money at any Sonali Bank branch and keep the receipt.
The center fee of 450 Taka is split as 150 Taka for the college and 300 Taka for the exam center. The college must give the 300 Taka to the center’s officer-in-charge at least 3 days before the exam starts, along with the center fee sheet showing roll and registration numbers.
How Will the Exam Be Held? (পরীক্ষা কিভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে)
The notice does not give exact exam dates yet. NU will send the routine to colleges and centers and publish it on its website. After confirmation, colleges will issue admit cards, and the college- and subject-wise student list will be published before then. If there is any error, fix it before the admit card is issued.
On exam days, bring your original registration card and the admit card. Practical, viva, and fieldwork marks are entered online by colleges. If a marks entry error happens, inform the Additional Controller of Examinations (Honours 4th Year) in writing. The original manual marks, signed by the department head and principal, will be treated as correct.
