Disclaimer
Disclaimer Last Updated: October 21, 2026
We want to be completely upfront with you about what NU Notice (coms.bd) is—and what it isn't. Everything we publish here is intended as a helpful, general guide for students. By using our website, you agree to the points laid out below.
We Are 100% Independent
NU Notice is a privately run, independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National University of Bangladesh, the Ministry of Education, or any other government authority. We simply use the name "National University" to let you know what our notices are about. To access the actual, official university portal, you need to visit www.nu.ac.bd.
Double-Check the Details
We work really hard to pull notices from public sources and get them on the site quickly and accurately. However, human errors happen, and the university often changes deadlines, fees, or routines without much warning. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every single detail on our site is perfectly complete or up to date.
We strongly advise you to verify the most critical information—like admission dates, exam schedules, form fill-up deadlines, and fees—directly with your college or the official NU website before taking any action.
We Cannot Provide Official Services
Because we are just an informational blog, we have no access to the university's administrative systems. That means we cannot help you with:
Processing admissions or registrations.
Handling exam form fill-ups or fee payments.
Fixing mistakes on your results, certificates, or mark sheets. For any of these issues, you must contact your college or the National University directly.
Your Responsibility (Limitation of Liability)
NU Notice and our team cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that might happen if you rely solely on our content. If you miss a deadline or pay an incorrect fee based on a typo on our site, we cannot be held liable. You use the information provided here entirely at your own risk.
External Links and Downloads
To make your life easier, we frequently link out to external websites and provide PDF notices for download.
Links: We have no control over third-party websites, so we cannot take responsibility for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices once you click away from our site.
Files: The files we share are gathered from public sources, and we do not claim ownership of them. While we do our best to ensure they are safe, we aren't responsible for any damage to your phone or computer caused by downloading them. Always keep your antivirus software up to date.
A Note on Ads
To keep this site free, we show automated advertisements through networks like Google AdSense. We don't hand-pick these ads, so seeing a product or service advertised on our site doesn't mean we personally endorse or recommend it.
Copyright Concerns
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you are the owner of any content on this site and believe we have violated your copyright, please reach out to us with the details. We will review it and take it down as soon as possible.
Updates and Contact
We may tweak this disclaimer from time to time, and we'll update the date at the top of the page when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
